An initial 90 day renovation in 2010 transformed a rural Pennsylvania assisted living facility, located at 544 Iron Ridge Road, into a first-class behavioral health center, meeting commercial code and state licensure requirements. A ten-thousand square foot addition to the main building along with heavy renovations incorporated build-outs for a commercial kitchen, gym, and spa center, while an adjacent four car garage was converted to a recording studio and administration office. The exterior was also enhanced with all new landscaping, a tennis court, and the installation of six geothermal wells, to be utilized as a green sustainable energy source. In 2010, the rehabilitation center was expanded with the acquisition and renovation of neighboring residential property 536 Iron Ridge Road.
